Service Description

We will have a Myofascial Release theme. “Myo” means muscle, and “Fascial” refers to the connective tissue that covers and supports the muscles throughout your entire body. So our focus will be the release of the tension in the fascial tissues to relax contracted muscles. I will show you how you can use release techniques to relax tight muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulating the stretch reflex. Followed by an hour of flowing pilates with guest teacher Julie Cliton. We will then enjoy a delicious lunch together provided by Hunt & Forage.
