Join us at the Spring Mini Retreat for a pilates workout in the beautiful Oak House, followed by a refreshing walk in nature. Upon return a delicious, healthy dinner to nourish our body awaits, prepared by The Kitchen Mama. Following our meal there will be a soothing sound bath experience to relax and rejuvenate.
