Service Description

This will be a flowing class working on transitioning between exercises to keep the body moving to build stamina and strength. You will need a resistance band and a pair of hand weights. However, a couple of tins from the cupboard and a pair of tights will work well! Please get in touch with me to receive your zoom link.
